Q: How do I get my sod every Week?

A: A shipment will be delivered to your door weekly.

Q: Is there anything extra I need?

A: We will provide a bag and gloves with each piece of grass. The owner will need to have cleaner that is safe for pets and the Pooch Potty Box.

Q: Do I need to water my sod?

A: No, you do not need to water your sod as long as the grass is kept inside. We will send you a new piece of grass weekly.

Q: What if my dog does not use the sod?

A: Some owners will have to train their dogs to use the sod.

Q: What size dogs can use the Pooch Potty?

A: We reccomend dogs under 30 lbs use the Pooch Potty USA box.

Q: Can I return the Pooch Potty Box?

A: We can’t accept returns due to sanitary reasons.
